How
to Make Labels for Materials
Audio cassettes, video cassettes, and other materials in the Language

password.
- Perform a search
for the material to label. (For example, search by title to locate Japanese:
The Spoken Language.)
- Select List
View from the button at the upper left of the side bar.
- Select records
to export. (To omit records, from the Select menu choose Omit
or Omit Multiple.)
- From the File
menu choose Import/Export, then Export.
- Save the exported
records in the ExportMergeFiles2Print folder with an appropriate
filename. (For example, JSL.)

fields to export:
- Title Edition
- Stock Number
- Language
- Performer/Author/Title

- Total Run Time
- Copyright Date
- Publisher Name
- Side A Contents
- Side B Contents
- Tape Length
for a Copy
- Select Export.
Print Labels using
Sticky Business
- Open Sticky
Business.

menu choose Label Files.

label file format.

folder and select the appropriate filename. (For example, JSL.)
- Highlight the
starting point on the screen label sheet and select Continue.
- Place the appropriate
label sheet into the multipurpose tray FACE DOWN.
- Select Multipurpose
Tray and then Print.
